Originally, it was M. Bhasker-Kini & Company founded in the year 1947 as a proprietory concern.by M. Bhasker Kini, an ambitiously dreaming individual.
Through various grooves of experiences, as bazaar commodity broker, trading & merchandising, importing & exporting, clearing, forwarding & shipping, warehousing & transporting, the company grew like “Bean Stalk” in ‘JACK & BEAN STALK’ story.
The vision to give his proprietory concern a Corporate image two organisations, namely, – (1) M. Bhasker-Kini & Company Pvt. Ltd in 1993 and (2) Kin-Ship Services (India) Pvt. Ltd in 1999 – emerged to take over in entire business activities, accounts, agreements, contracts, assets & liabilities of M. Bhasker-Kini & Company.
M. Bhasker-Kini & Co.Pvt.Ltd continue in “BIMCO” Denmark as broker-member as from 1972 and Kin-Ship Services joined “BIMCO” in 1999 as broker-member in the first instance and as owner-member upon acquisition of tonnage, subsequently.
Yet another flash advancement was in moving into software IT business by forming KIN-SYS Solutions Pvt.Ltd.
Both the companies own extensive land & properties and M. Bhasker-Kini & Company are involved in a valuable Granite quarry.
