Amathus Navigation Co. Ltd was originally established as a shipping company back in 1943 when it owned and operated two cargo vessels trading between Cyprus and Egypt. Over the years, the company evolved into a leading shipping agency and freight forwarding company providing complete cargo transportation and logistics services through a vast network of international associates.

Aegeas Navigation Ltd was established in 1996 and quickly developed into a leading shipping agency, chartering and brokerage company.
