We have 4 different chemicals for Cargo Hold Cleaning and always working on new and ecological developments to save the sea life.
We have concentrated chemicals to be diluted 1:3 with fresh water as a rule of tomb to avoid unnecessary use of plastic and and costly transport of water.
All our chemicals meet the requirements for the protection of the marine environment, as described under item 1.7.5 of the Annex 5 of Marpol Convention MEPC63.

Stromme Aquaclean
Our #1 product for cleaning cargo holds.
Stromme Aquaclean HD is our well known and specially developed chemical for cleaning after oily and greasy cargoes as coal, petcoke, nickel, bauxite and manganese.
To save the environment for unnecessary waist of plastic and the cost transporting water, Stromme Aquaclean HD is supplied as a concentrated product in 25 l pails and should be mixed 1:2 – 1:3 with fresh water before use, 1.000 l Stromme Aquaclean HD will give 3.000 – 4.000 l ready for use chemical solution. The dilution ratios between water and Stromme Aquaclean HD depend on the type of cargo, the amount of residues to be removed, and the condition of the hold, read the User Guide carefully.

Stromme Cement and Rust Remover
A safe, efficient and better alternative than Muriatic Acid
Stromme Cement and Rust Remover is a safer, more efficient and better alternative to ordinary muriatic acid. It contains unique inhibitors to protect the steel. Specially developed with innovative raw materials to ensure perfect wetting with a good ecological profile. It safe to use for the crew, the cargo holds and the sea life.
Stromme Cement and Rust Remover is recommended to use when removing cement, clinker, concrete, rust, residues of iron ore, lime scales , copper and zinc concentrates.

Stromme Holdcoat FC
A modern, ecological fair and FDA approved protection for cargo holds based on renewable raw materials, unique in the market with needed certificates available.
Specially developed to give a good protection of the cargo holds when loading coal, petcoke, sulphur, salt, clinker and cement.
Stromme Holdcoat FC can last for several cargoes or can easily be removed with Stromme Aquaclean HD or another alkaline cleaner.
To save the environment for unnecessary waist of plastic and the cost transporting water, Stromme Holdcoat FC is supplied as a concentrated product in 25 l pails and should be mixed with fresh water 1:2 – 1:3 before use, 500 l Stromme Holdcoat FC will give 1.500 to 2.000 l ready for use chemical solution. The dilution ratios between water and Stromme Holdcoat FC depend on the type of cargo and the condition of the hold, read the User Guide carefully.

Stromme Color White FC
An innovative and FDA approved Product to coloring Stromme Holdcoat FC
When mixing Stromme Color White FC with Stromme Holdcoat FC the surface will remain slightly white after drying. The port authority and surveyor can immediately see that the cargo holds are protected. It is a better and easier to remove alternative to Lime-wash. It can easily be removed with Stromme Aquaclean HD or another alkaline cleaner.
Stromme Color White is supplied in a 13 kg pail and 1 pail should be mixed with 1 pail Stromme Holdcoat FC.
