Electric Pressure Type

The sensor is equipped in the bottom of the liquid tank. And it can timely sense the pressure change caused by level changing and turn the level height signal to the pressure electric signal. Which is changed to the analogue signal output of 4~20mA by the amplifier and transferred to level indicator or computer by safety barrier.

Electric Pneumatic Type

The device outputs a stream of constant airflow to the sounding pipe installed in the cabin via measurement unit. When the air pressure in the sounding pipe is in balance with the liquid pressure in the bottom of cabin, the redundant air overflows from the sounding pipe. The pressure measuring element in the measurement unit continuously and immediately turns air pressure into current signal, then outputs it to the field instruments or signal collection box. Its advantage is that pressure measuring element doesn’t directly contact with the measured medium. So it extends the service life of pressure measuring element and is more suitable to the occasions which the space for installation and maintenance is limited.
